Questions
Is Pack & Ship free?
No. It is a paid service, priced by quote. Postage is charged on top at the carrier’s rate.
What do I pay for postage?
Postage depends on the carrier, the parcel’s weight and size, and where it is going. Your quote lists postage separately.
Can you pack something fragile?
Yes, that is what the fragile add-on is for. Tell us what the item is in the quote request, and attach photos to the email that opens.
What are your drop-off hours?
Call or email for hours. The counter is at 1302 Monte Vista Ave Suite 1, Upland, CA 91786.
Which carriers can you use?
Ask us. The quote form lets you say which carrier and speed you would like.
What can’t you ship?
Hazardous materials, aerosols, loose lithium batteries, alcohol, tobacco and vapes, perishable food, firearms and ammunition, cash, and anything a carrier does not accept. The full list is in the Pack & Ship terms.
What if it is lost or damaged?
Carriers include only limited coverage, often about 100 US dollars per package. Ask for declared-value coverage if your item is worth more. If something goes wrong, tell us right away and keep the packaging. We help you file the carrier claim. Details are in the Pack & Ship terms.
What if my item is large or heavy?
Large, heavy and freight shipments are quoted individually. Tell us the size and weight.
What does the quote form do?
It checks your entries, then opens an email to [email protected] with your details filled in. Press Send in your email app to submit it. Nothing is sent until you do.
